- Abraham Ranch also serves as a resource for education about animals, nature and the environment as well as a retreat destination for humans who need to reconnect with nature. One of the ways Erik and Katie give back to the community is by working with a Foundation called 42 Strong. The Foundation was established as a peer-to-peer mentoring program after a school shooting in his area a few years ago.
